Highwoods Properties on Monday announced the $28.2 million sale of a 379,000-square-foot Greensboro office and industrial/flex portfolio, which included the Mack Trucks global headquarters. I caught up with Rick Dehnert , the Greensboro-based vice president of Highwoods, to learn more about how the Greensboro deal came together.
