Qorvo reports first quarterly earnings, expects to outpace industry growth

Qorvo, the company that resulted from the recent merger of RF Micro Devices Inc. and Hillsboro, Ore.-based TriQuint Semiconductor Inc., has reported its quarterly earnings announcement for the first time. Net income for the quarter included $87.9 million from RF Micro and $61.6 million from TriQuint.
