Designed for production and tool-room applications, CARVEsmart™ replaces method of attaching vise jaws to vise using face mounted cap screws. System employs 3 channeled clamping elements with dovetailed jaw design that couples machineable or hard jaws. Along with 4 in. tool steel master jaw set, features include SMARTstop™ for repetitive set ups, PERMAjaw flippable ductile cast iron jaw, 2 extruded aluminum profiles, and cut-to-any-length 1 ½ x 2 in. and 1 x 1.71 in. flippable extrusions.
