Oregon-based TriQuint Semiconductor, which plans to unite with Greensboro-based RF Micro Devices, has an established presence in the Triad region of North Carolina in this former CIBA building off Premier Drive in north High Point. Greensboro-based RF Micro Devices Inc. on Friday announced that company shareholders approved its plans for a merger and reorganization with Oregon-based TriQuint Semiconductor Inc.
