Occupying 1.25 x 1.00 in. footprint, flange mount T50R0-500-15X dissipates 500 W with return loss of 20 dB or better return loss from DC to 2.5 GHz and 17 dB to 4.5 GHz. This RoHS-compliant thick film on Beryllium Oxide (BeO) termination, which has internally matched circuit architecture, features silver-plated copper flange and input tab. Along with 500W power rating, features include stable 50 Ω resistor element and 1.33:1 max VSWR.
