Emerald-MM-8EL-XT PCIe/104 OneBank™ serial I/O modules offer 4 or 8 serial ports with up to 10 Mbps data rates, with software-controlled configuration and optional opto-isolation, that are based on high-speed PCIe octal UART with 256-byte TX/RX FIFOs and auto RS-485 transmit control. Independently isolated, each serial port can be independently configured for RS-232/-422/-485 protocols along with 120 Ω line termination. Opto-isolated models feature independent 2,500 V isolation circuits.
