See how Rackers bring compassion to life. At Rackspace Technology, Compassion isnt just a buzzword its one of our core values, woven int the fabric of who we are. We believe in cultivating a culture of empathy that extends beyond our workplace and into the world around us. We are one team, doing the right thing for our customers, communities and each other. In recognition of Global Pay It Forward Day on April 28, were celebrating the incredible ways Rackers what we call our employees made a positive difference in communities both near and far throughout the past year. Our commitment to giving back isnt just a program its a fundamental part of our identity. We strive to deliver that signature Fanatical Experience not only to our customers but also to those in need. 2024 impact highlights Total volunteer hours (VTO): 22,000+ Total donations: $153,000+ Empowering compassion through Rack Gives Back Through our Rack Gives Back program, Rackers are empowered to contribute their time, talents and resources to causes they care about. This program includes paid time off for volunteering, enabling Rackers to directly impact lives and build stronger, more vibrant communities. The Rackspace Foundation a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization fully funded by Rackers shares that same mission. It works to create a learning community where education is valued, families and educators are engaged, and students are supported in reaching their full potential. The Foundation partners with organizations that meet basic student needs while introducing youth to mentorship, the arts, STEAM programs and more. Together, the Rack Gives Back and Rackspace Foundation programs raised more than $150,000, organized global service events and delivered over 22,000 hours of volunteer time in 2024 alone. Making a difference where it matters most The impact of Rackers efforts is global. Individuals from every region contributed to meaningful change from addressing food insecurity and homelessness to protecting the environment and supporting education. Some of the highlights from 2024 include: Marc Nourani Memorial Food Drive: More than 50 Rackers served warm meals to over 300 families in San Antonio. Together, Rackers raised more than $16,000 for the San Antonio Food Bank and an additional $2,000 for Rise Against Hunger. UK Rackers support the Felix Project: In London, Rackers volunteered at the citys largest food redistribution nonprofit, helping deliver surplus fresh food to schools and charities. Supporting underserved children in India: Rackers partnered with the nonprofit CRY to promote education and protection in Delhi, while also hosting an on-site book donation drive. Earth Day volunteer learning session: Over 100 Rackers participated in a sustainability session, exploring practical ways to reduce environmental impact. Tree planting and sustainability education in India: Rackers led tree plantation drives and hosted virtual sessions on environmental issues and sustainable practices. Volunteering at Haven for Hope in San Antonio: Rackers supported this grant-funded homeless assistance facility, helping deliver coordinated care to those in need. Honoring veterans with Wreaths Across America: Rackers participated in wreath-laying ceremonies across the U.S. Technology community support in Texas: Rackers volunteered with the Texas Association of State Systems for Computing and Communications, advancing education and networking opportunities for professionals. Invasive species removal in Wales: UK Rackers volunteered at Bannau Brycheiniog National Park to help eradicate Himalayan Balsam and support native ecosystems. Giving begins at the core At Rackspace Technology, service to our community is more than a value its a way of life. Rackers receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid volunteer time each year to support causes they care about. Whether helping local charities, addressing environmental challenges or simply offering a helping hand, Rackers show up with compassion.
