AI-driven cyber threats are advancing faster than many organizations can respond. The complexity makes them harder to detect, and the talent gap makes increasingly difficult to stop. The latest enhancements to the Rackspace Cyber Defense Center (RCDC) close that gap with security services that work across all cloud environments. You can integrate them with your existing controls without disrupting or rebuilding infrastructure. In August, we introduced the Rackspace AI Security Engine (RAISE). This advancement combines human expertise with machine precision to accelerate detection and response. RAISE processes signals, identifies patterns that traditional controls often miss and recommends remediation actions through real-time trend analysis. Each event includes rich context probable cause, likely attack path and suggested triage so SOC engineers can act with speed and confidence. Turning every incident into smarter defense With every incident, RAISE learns and adapts. This closed-loop intelligence improves detection, response and communication over time. When a potential threat is detected in your environment, RAISE initiates an immediate response. The system uses known behavioral patterns to create an enriched incident record, then routes it to the SOC. Each record comes with a tested playbook that defines discovery steps, response actions and context to guide investigation. The result is a self-reinforcing model that builds resilience with every cycle. Recognition for leading innovation The industry has taken notice. In July 2025, the Information Services Group (ISG) recognized Rackspace as a leader in three categories Strategic Security Services, Next-Gen SOC MDR Services, and Technical Security Services in its 2025 Provider Lens Cybersecurity Services & Solutions Report. This automation enhances incident triage, reduces response times and ensures that critical security events are addressed with precision.
