SALISBURY , Md.- Jim Perdue, chairman of Perdue Farms , has announced the promotion of Randy Day to president of Perdue Foods, effective Feb. 11, 2015. "Randy has 35 years of experience at Perdue Farms, including more than two decades on the Perdue Foods side of the business, and fully understands our diverse and growing Foods business and the strategy for growth," said Perdue.
