Ratan Tata invests in Xiaomi

(Telecompaper) Xiaomi India has announced that Ratan Tata, chairman Emeritus of Tata Sons, the promoter of Indian communications provider Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra), has made an investment in Xiaomi. This is the first investment by any Indian in Xiaomi, according to a Xiaomi India post on Facebook. No financial details related to the investment have been disclosed.
