At the Annual General Meeting of RaySearch Laboratories AB held on 28 May, 2015, the following resolutions were adopted: It was resolved that no dividends be paid out to the shareholders since the company is in a phase of rapid expansion that requires capital. The accumulated profit of SEK 75,442,000 was brought forward and balanced in the new accounts.
