Realtor discovers homeless man squatting in vacant Penn Township home

Brandon Wilson, 23, of Philadelphia reportedly broke into the home, located in the 5100 block of Bernville Road, and spent the night Saturday. On Sunday afternoon, he was discovered asleep on the living room floor by a realtor as she was preparing to show the home to clients.
