Targeting mobile radio and military communication applications, MASW-011055 operates over 0.03–3 GHz frequency range and can handle 100 W CW incident power at base plate temperature of 85°C. RoHS-compliant product, which is 260°C reflow compatible and exhibits optimal linearity in common anode configuration, delivers 51 dB isolation at 2 GHz with insertion loss of 0.35 dB at 2 GHz. Hybrid process features high-voltage PIN diodes and passive devices integrated in 5 mm HQF 12-lead package.
