After hearing two hours of public testimony, the Lake Oswego Planning Commission expressed its own collective discomfort Monday night with proposed changes to the city's stormwater management regulations - specifically the threshold for smaller projects that trigger new requirements. The city's planning department has suggested that any project that creates more than 500 square feet of new impervious area, or 1,000 square feet of total impervious area, be required to comply with stormwater management measures.
