Featuring 54 x 46 x 42 in. blast process chamber, 7-axis Model RB-RSSA-8 is configured for precision roughening of component surfaces in production thermal spray coating cell. Single pressure-blast nozzle is fed by 3.5 ft³ capacity, ASME-certified pressure vessel and blast nozzle motion is provided by Fanuc M-10iA robot. Fitted with jawed chuck or T-slotted turntable, spindle can be controlled to turn clockwise and counterclockwise, and offers rotation at speeds adjustable from 0–300 rpm.
