Featuring internal Lock/Unlock sensing, Model QC-160 mounts directly to most 200 kg robots, optimizing robot's ability to switch end-effectors automatically. Unit features five 3/8 NPT and four ½ NPT pass-through air connections as well as eight 3 A/50 Vac electrical connections. Positional repeatability (X, Y, and Z) tested at rated load at one million cycles is 0.0006 in. For optimal repeatability and strength, all locking parts are made of 58 HRC stainless steel.
