RockTenn today reported earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 of $0.77 per diluted share and adjusted earnings of $0.85 per diluted share. Earnings per diluted share and adjusted earnings per diluted share in the table above, as well as the entire press release, reflect the two-for-one stock split in the form of a stock dividend that was effective on August 27, 2014.
