2015-08-25 05:41:24| Oil & Gas - Topix.net

Rockingham went to court with the North American energy giant over a tax appeal regarding the latter's hydroelectric dam at 20 Mill St. in Bellows Falls, and on Aug. 21 Superior Court Judge John Wesley sided with the town. Those in charge of the North American energy giant disagree with some of the components that went into an evaluation a state-hired appraiser gave of the company's hydroelectric generation facility in 2012.
