Paradise >> A contractor for Pacific Gas and Electric Company will be using explosives Tuesday to break up a few large rocks that fell into PG&E's Upper Miocene Canal near Paradise. PG&E needs to remove a few large rocks that slid into the canal during recent rainstorms.
