Rogers Communications Inc. chief executive Guy Laurence's plan includes creating a separate consumer unit, where all customer experience functions such as call centres and online channels will be consolidated into one team Subscriber numbers at Rogers Communications Inc. have disappointed in recent quarters, suggesting stronger competition from the likes of BCE Inc. and Telus Corp. This is likely part of the reason Rogers' share price gains have lagged those of its peers. But Desjardins Securities analyst Maher Yaghi thinks Rogers offers a more attractive investment opportunity.
