Designed to handle roll sizes ranging from 10–62 in. in length with ODs from 18–64 in. and core IDs from 6.0–6.75 in., Slabber XLA™ for Non-Wovens includes conveyor for loading and moving rolls onto slabbing arm, laser to assist with roll positioning, and programmable cutting device mounted at top of enclosed cutting area. Automated system provides programmed vertical lifting of roll for each cutting pass. Exit conveyor or elevator moves waste material to downstream processes.
