Able to generate surface finish and contour measurements in one pass, MarSurf® UD 130 features measuring speeds to 5 mm/sec, biomimetic probe design, and automatic probe arm recognition. Travel length is 130 mm, Z-axis measuring range is up to 20 mm, and resolution is 2 nm. While interferometric probe system provides technical data, probe movement is registered by photodiodes and evaluated electronically. Different probe tip geometries are available for different measuring tasks.
