Ryan Franks, senior program manager at NEMA, is one of 5 recipients of ANSI's 2015 Next Generation Award, which recognizes persons who have been engaged in standardization or conformity assessment activities for less than 8 years and who have demonstrated vision, leadership, dedication, and significant contributions to their chosen fields of activity. According to NEMA President/CEO Kevin J. Cosgriff, Franks has proven his ability to lead the industry in developing voluntary consensus standards.
