Ryder System cuts 2015 earnings guidance

Ryder System Inc. reduced its 2015 earnings guidance, citing a temporary issue in its fleet-management segment and lower-than-expected U.S. sales of used power vehicles. The transportation and supply-chain management company now expects earnings excluding items of $6.17 to $6.29 a share, compared with July guidance of $6.45 to $6.55 a share.
