SBM Offshore said. Nov. 7 that Exxon Mobil subsidiary Esso Exploration and Production Guyana Ltd. (EEPGL) has awarded the company contracts to perform FEED for a FPSO for the Payara development project located in the Stabroek block in Guyana.
