ALEXANDRIA, Va. –  The Spill Control Association of America (SCAA) named Scott Metzger as its new President at SCAA’s recent annual meeting held March 7-8 in Alexandria, Virginia. Mr. Metzger is Senior Vice President of Field Operations for Clean Harbors and holds an oversight role for the Clean Harbors’ National Strike Team that manages environmental incidents.
