SE 42nd and Powell Project: Construction is Complete

Environmental Services recently completed work on a project to replace a manhole and sewer pipe on SE 42nd Avenue between SE Powell Boulevard and Rhone Street. The 24-inch diameter pipe conveys sewage and stormwater when it rains. This project repaired broken pipe segments and reduces the potential of future pipe failure.
