(Telecompaper) SK Telecom has signed memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with Ericsson, Nokia and Samsung Electronics, respectively, for joint research and development in advanced 5G and 6G mobile network technologies. Under the terms of the deal, SK Telecom will work with each company for the development of 5G network services. They will jointly promote development and commercialization of 5G technologies, including ultra-reliable and low-latency communications (URLLC), enhanced MIMO, differentiated 28GHz technology, and standalone 5G network.
