Utilizing AllnGaP on GaAs chip technology for luminous intensity to 2,750 µcd, Series VDMx10x0 and VDMx10A1 include 7-segment units in super red, soft orange, yellow, and green. VDMx10A1 models feature common anode configurations and package heights of 2.1 mm, while VDMx10x0 devices come in common anode and cathode configurations with package heights of 3.75 mm. Providing ±50° angle of half intensity and max forward voltage of 2.6 V, devices are suited for peak currents up to 60 mA/segment.
