Offering 300-cycle thermal shock capability as well as 50 g sinusoidal and 27.8 g random vibration resistance, T22 combines reverse voltage of 1.5 V at +85°C with thermal shock capability of 300 cycles in SMT, 9 x 7.1 x 7.4 mm C case code package. Ratings include voltage from 50–125 Vdc, capacitance from 10–68 µF, and capacitance tolerance of ±10% and ±20%. Operating from -55 to +85°C (+125°C with derating), capacitor provides max ESR down to 1.50 Ω at 120 Hz and +25°C.
