Scheduled for June 2–4, 2015, THE BIG M annual conference and expo will focus on emerging technologies, processes, and advanced solutions that are shaping future of manufacturing. Joe Justice's M | Build Workshop will include four, 60-min sprints where participants will self-organize into cross-functional teams and assemble car within 1 day. Exercise will introduce Scrum, a manufacturing method designed to add energy, focus, clarity, and transparency to project planning and implementation.
