Model CMD195C3 features insertion loss of 2.25 dB at low end of its bandwidth, which then reduces monotonically to 1.5 dB at higher frequencies. By contrast, general-purpose Model CMD196C3 has low insertion loss of 1.5 dB that increases slightly as frequency approaches upper end of operating bandwidth.
