SPP Livforsakring AB and SPP Liv Fondforsakring AB have received approval from the SFSA to execute their joint merger plan SPP Liv Fondforsakring AB and SPP Livforsakring AB have, on 26 November 2014, received the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's approval to execute their joint merger plan. As was communicated by SPP Liv on 20 May 2014, the board of directors of SPP Liv and SPP Fondliv have adopted a joint merger plan whereby SPP Fondliv shall assume all SPP Liv's assets and liabilities by way of a merger .
