STB approves Louisville & Indiana track upgrade

CHICAGO, Ill. and JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Anacostia Rail Holdings and CSX today announced that the U.S. Surface Transportation Board has approved a joint proposal by ARH's subsidiary, Louisville & Indiana Railroad , and CSX to upgrade a key freight corridor between Indianapolis, Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky.
