Sale of ThyssenKrupp Steel USA clears all regulatory approval

The joint venture between ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corp has cleared all regulatory approval, ArcelorMittal official announced Wednesday, paving the way for a takeover of ThyssenKrupp Steel USA.
