The former headquarters building of Mechanical Technology Inc. on New Karner Road in Colonie is listed in a foreclosure sale scheduled for next month, bringing to an end years of legal maneuvering over the property. Mechanical Technology, which did not own the building, left two years ago after the failure of its micro fuel cell division to consolidate operations at its test equipment manufacturing facility on Washington Avenue Extension in Albany.
