Samsung 850 Evo SSD hits the market

Samsung introduces the 850 EVO, a new line of solid state disks with triple-bit-per-cell 3D V-NAND flash memory. The firm says the 850 EVO will deliver read speeds of up to 540MB/s, write speeds of up to 520MB/s and 90,000 IOPS for the 1TB version.
