Samsung clocks 5G speed of 7.5 Gbps

(Telecompaper) Samsung Electronics has announced it has clocked 7.5 Gbps, or 940MB per second. The 5G data transmission rate was achieved in a stationary environment. The company has also achieved uninterrupted and stable connection at 1.2 Gbps, or 150 MB per second, in a mobile environment from a vehicle travelling at over 100 km/h.
