Samsung commits to 100% clean energy by 2020 for US, Europe, China

(Telecompaper) Samsung Electronics said it wants to use only renewable energy by 2020 for all of its operations in the US, Europe and China. It will then seek to further increase its use of renewable energy around the world, for the medium to long-term. In line with this commitment, Samsung Electronics has joined the World Wildlife Fund's (WWF's) Renewable Energy Buyers' Principles and the Rocky Mountain Institute's Business Renewables Center.
