(Telecompaper) Samsung has unveiled its latest range of tablets, the Galaxy Tab 4. Available in 10.1-, 8.0- and 7.0-inch screen sizes, the new range targets "the whole family", with more media and sharing features and a slimmer, more portable design, according to Samsung. The tablets will launch starting this quarter worldwide, in black and white versions with a textured back cover. In addition to Wi-Fi, the Tab 4 comes with LTE Cat 4 support for multiple bands. Each device runs Android 4.4 and a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and supports 16 GB internal storage and microSD cards. Front-facing cameras have improved to 3 megapixels, while the back cameras support 1.3 megapixels. Multimedia features include Group Play to share and play music, documents and games with friends in real-time, Samsung Link to share and play content on other connected devices and WatchON to watch video across devices. The tablets also come with a wide range of Samsung and Google apps.
