SandRidge Energy is currently involved in several lawsuits including a class action lawsuit, in which its financial filings for 2012, 2013, and 2014 are no longer to be relied upon. An investor presentation in Nov. 2014 shows SandRidge assuming $90/bbl oil and $4.00/MMBTU natural gas, with a possible range from $80/bbl - $110/bbl and $3.50/MMBTU - $5/MMBTU respectively.
