Suitable for fragile bulk foods and non-foods, FLEXI-DISC® Sanitary Tubular Cable Conveyor moves bulk material using one-piece polymer discs, affixed to polymer-coated 304 or 316 stainless steel cable, that slide within smooth stainless steel tubing. Resulting motion provides gentle, quiet, and dust-free handling for fragile products, and discs evacuate conveyor tubing of material at conclusion of conveying cycle. Also, conveyor design allows rapid wash down between production runs.
