The Missouri Supreme Court has thwarted a local developer's effort to have tax advantages for airport property tenants ruled in violation of the Missouri Constitution. The court's unanimous ruling this week upholds a Cole County Circuit Court judge's ruling against plaintiffs Airport Tech Partners LLP and Stentor Co.
