(Telecompaper) Seamless Distribution said it considering selling or winding down its SEQR mobile payment code service and focusing on Meawallet and eProducts instead, and is considering a rights issue to raising funding. The board intends to call an EGM within the coming two weeks, where the considered proposals will be presented.
