San Antonio entrepreneur Brett Cohen is convinced he can disrupt a multibillion-dollar secondary ticket marketplace with a new business model designed to bring ticket brokers and consumers closer together. And multiple investors, including a pair of former Rackspace executives, have bought into the idea, providing $750,000 in seed funding to help launch SeatSmart.
