Seattle-based Unico Properties, which already owns a substantial amount of property in downtown Boulder, has bought 27 buildings in four office parks in eastern Boulder from the W.W. Reynolds Co. in what commercial real estate brokers are saying may be the largest single transaction in the city's history.
