The St. Louis company acquired Post Holdings Inc. in 2007, spun it off in 2012, was itself acquired by Omaha-based ConAgra in 2013, and will soon be discarded by its current owner - and possibly sold to its former subsidiary in St. Louis-based Post. "I think they'd certainly be interested," said Scott Harrison , a portfolio manager at the Clayton-based Argent Capital, which holds shares of both Post and ConAgra.
