Manufactured from 400 Series stainless steel, PEMSERT® Type F4™ Self-Clinching Flush Nuts provide load-bearing threads in 300 Series stainless steel without creating protrusions on either side. Upon permanent installation into sheets as thin as .060 in., both top and bottom of sheet will remain flat. Nuts are available in thread sizes #2-56 through ¼-20 / M2 through M6 and can perform as intended in stainless steel sheets with hardness up to HRB 88 on Rockwell B scale.
