Providing permanent solution for variety of automotive and general repair applications, Permatex Self-fusing Silicone Tape bonds to itself and instantly creates airtight, waterproof seal, which can be used for hoses, pipes, cables, wiring, and electrical connections. Tape has tensile strength of 700 psi for use on pressurized hoses, is heat-resistant to 400°F, insulates electric wires up to 400 V, and withstands salt, acids, and solvents such as gasoline.
