Sellers' market continues in Denver

New home listings flooded into the market in January, with 3,964 homes going on sale during the month, an increase of 62 percent from the 2,450 homes on the market in December, according to the latest data from REcolorado. The jump in new listings indicates that sellers are looking to capitalize on a market that has been favorable to sellers for months, said REcolorado, the multiple-listing service formerly known as Metrolist .
